Chain blocks on a canvas (check AI-answer and search gaps, research, write, review, publish, announce, tell Bing, email you) and run them on a schedule, fully automatic or with your approval.
What is a workflow?
A workflow is a set of blocks on a canvas, connected by arrows, that First100 runs from start to end on a schedule: every day, every weekday or once a week at a time you pick, in your brand's timezone. Each block does one job and hands its results to the blocks after it. Open Workflows under Publish and start from a template or a blank canvas.
Which blocks are there?
Blog: Check AI and search gaps (free), Research a topic, Write blog posts (in any language, citing real sources), Review gate (only posts at or above a score continue), Publish blog posts (right away or one a day).
Social: Write social posts (one per platform per blog post, within each platform's rules) and Schedule social posts (next free posting slots, connected accounts only).
Search: Tell Bing (IndexNow), Check rankings, Ask AI engines. Flow: Wait, Wait for my approval (emails you approve and reject links), Email me (a summary of the run).
Blocks that spend part of your plan say so on the block: each blog post written counts as one blog post, each social post as one post, and rankings and AI answers use the SEO data budget.
Does it publish without me?
Yes, by default: a workflow runs fully automatically, and the Review gate is what keeps weak posts from going out. Add a Wait for my approval block anywhere to stop the run there until you approve from the email or the run log; unanswered approvals are cancelled after seven days. Turn off Runs on schedule to keep a workflow for running by hand.
How do I see what a run did?
Open the workflow: the run log on the right lists the last runs, and choosing one shows every block's status and result, also drawn on the blocks themselves. A failed block stops only the blocks after it, and says why (for example, a platform that is not connected). GitHub sites need about two minutes to rebuild after a publish, so put a Wait block before Tell Bing.
