Connect your agent
OpenClaw
Give your personal agent a way to research prospects, prepare outreach, and keep your launch moving.
1. Before you start
Sign in to First100 and choose a plan for the work you want your agent to do. Connect your social accounts before publishing; research does not require a social connection.
This setup uses browser sign-in. You will approve access to your First100 account without copying an API key.
2. Add First100
On a current OpenClaw installation, run the command below to save First100 as a remote MCP server. Complete the browser sign-in when the login command opens. Restart or reload the Gateway that runs your agent, then start a new conversation. Run the probe to check tool discovery; a saved server alone does not confirm that your active agent can use it. Older versions or separate mcporter setups may require their own MCP configuration.
openclaw mcp add first100 --url https://firsthundred.app/api/mcp --transport streamable-http --auth oauth
openclaw mcp login first100
openclaw mcp probe first100For app-specific settings and version differences, see the official setup reference.
3. Check the connection
Use First100 to check my account status and list my connected accounts. The response should show your actual First100 plan and connected platforms. If tools do not appear, enable First100 for the active conversation and reload your client. If access is rejected, reconnect or update your key. See connection help if the issue continues.
4. Give your agent a goal
Tell your agent what you built, who it is for, and the outcome you want. Start with research or a draft, then review the next action together.
I’m launching a tool for independent founders. Use First100 to find relevant communities and help me prepare a launch post. Show me the draft before publishing.Explore what your agent can do for more ideas. Agents reading this page can use the agent guide for discovery and working instructions.
