Schedule and publish on LinkedIn from your AI agent.
First100 connects your LinkedIn profile over OAuth and lets Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or ChatGPT publish and schedule posts on it through MCP. Posts can be up to 3,000 characters with an image up to 8 MB. The agent is told to aim for 800 to 1,300 characters, a two-line hook and at most one link.
How do I connect LinkedIn?
Open Accounts in the First100 dashboard, choose LinkedIn, sign in and approve. The daily connection check refreshes the token before it expires and flags the account if LinkedIn stops accepting it.
Can First100 measure LinkedIn posts?
Not per post: LinkedIn does not return per-post metrics to First100. Measure LinkedIn through tracked links instead. Every link in a post becomes a /l/ link, and get_funnel shows clicks, signups and revenue per platform.
Should the link go in the post or the first comment?
Research collected for First100 found LinkedIn reduces reach for links in the body and in the first comment alike, so First100 does not post comments to hide links. Keep one link where it is useful, or none.
What stops a post from failing or going out twice?
Rate limits and server errors are retried at 5, 10 and 20 minutes; a rejected token fails at once with a message to reconnect the account. Identical text on the same platform within 24 hours is refused, and each platform takes at most 25 posts a day per brand.
Every image is copied into First100's storage when the post is saved, so a post never depends on the original link still working at publish time.
Does First100 reply, like, follow or send DMs for me?
No. Automated engagement is how accounts get restricted. First100 publishes the posts you approve and surfaces conversations worth joining with a drafted angle; you reply from your own account.
