At First100, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully.

2. Information We Collect

4. Third-Party Platform Integration

First100 integrates with third-party platforms such as:

  • Twitter / X
  • Reddit
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Pinterest
  • Discord
  • Google Search Console (read-only; see section 5)

When you connect these accounts, we receive limited access based on the permissions you grant. We use this access solely to provide our services. Each platform's privacy policy governs their handling of your data.

5. Google User Data (Google Search Console)

If you choose to connect Google Search Console from your dashboard, First100 asks Google for read-only access. This section explains exactly what we access and what we do with it.

What we access

  • Search Console data, read-only (scope webmasters.readonly): the list of Search Console properties you have access to, search performance for those properties (search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position), your submitted sitemaps, and URL Inspection index status for pages on your properties.
  • Your Google account email address (scopes openid and email), so you can see which Google account is connected.

We cannot change anything in Search Console: we do not add or remove properties, users or sitemaps, and we never request write access.

How we use it

  • Search Console data is fetched only when you, or the AI agent you connected to First100 with your own API key or connector, ask for it (the search_opportunities and indexation_check tools and the accounts page).
  • It is analysed on our servers to find search opportunities (queries ranking just below the top results, pages with a low click-through rate, pages losing clicks, pages competing for the same query) and pages Google has not indexed, and the results are shown to you and to your AI agent.
  • We store only the OAuth tokens needed to keep the connection working, your Google email address and the granted scope. Search Console results are not stored; they are fetched again on each request.

What we never do with Google user data

  • We do not sell it.
  • We do not use or transfer it for advertising, including retargeting, personalised or interest-based ads.
  • We do not use it to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine learning models.
  • We do not share it with anyone except as needed to provide the features above to you, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent. No human at First100 reads it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

Storage, security and deletion

  • Tokens are stored in our server-side database, encrypted at rest by our cloud provider, and are never sent to your browser or placed in URLs.
  • When you click Disconnect, we revoke First100's access at Google and delete the stored tokens and email address immediately.
  • When you delete your First100 account (email support@firsthundred.app), we delete this data along with the rest of your account.
  • You can also remove First100's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

First100's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Third-party companies that help us operate our Service (payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Some information may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

9. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
  • Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format

First100 is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

14. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data based on lawful grounds including consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligations. You have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on our Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
